The prusik knot suspension I had in the last video got very difficult to slide once I had put my weight in the hammock, making it hard to adjust. With this setup I have two prusik loops at each end of the hammock, a strong one close to the hammock and a thinner one at the end of the suspension line. I then put the line through the carabiner, back through the strong prusik loop, and hook the thin prusik loop onto the carabiner. This makes it easy to pull the line very taught.
