Alma Santiago, 29, crashed her Kia Rio in Gresham, then left the scene with her 2 young kids, who also were in the car but unhurt. A short while later, her dad was rushed to the hospital, but died 3 days later. Santiago was sentenced Friday, May 25, 2018.
