IF YOU ARE THINKING OF MAKING THESE, LISTEN UP: after covering the bananas in chocolate, it's a good idea to put them in eclair cases. as you can see, i put them straight back on the rack. this can make them stick to the rack! so put them in eclair cases and decorate the faces from there. after you've decorated them, put them in the fridge to set. :) you can buy the cases at various places online. i imagine you should be able to get them at specialist bakeries/big super markets. good luck, happy cooking!
