Hey everyone!  I wanted to share with you what I made for dinner for tonight for my family.  This is a great dish for the fall season.  Its also quick and easy and perfect for a fast week day meal!  Im sure your family will love this meatless pasta.  The texture of the pasta was so creamy, but if you want a more liquid based pasta you could def. add a little more pasta water to the mix.
