Ingredients are as follows 7.5 oz plain flour 2 oz caster sugar 5.5 oz demerera sugar 2 eggs (and 1 yolk) 150ml vegetable oil |1tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 100g dark chocolate (70% minimum) 100g pecan nuts 50g plain yoghurt
