MSF has stop providing assistance at Huai Nam Khao Camp in Thailand's Petchabun Province. For four years, MSF had been the only organization working at this camp for Lao Hmong people who had fled their country. The decision to leave was made after conditions imposed by the Thai military threatened MSF's impartiality and ability to deliver care.
