Dear Customers,
Thanks for another great year! As we say goodbye to 2013 and welcome the new year of the Horse 2014 we wanted to take a moment and say Happy New Year! To you. We look forward to serving you in the coming year and more to come!

As Chinese Lunar New Year draws near, we would like to inform you of our holiday arrangement as follows:

Official holiday for DX: 7 days from January 31, 2014 to February 6, 2014 Hong Kong Time, all operations fully resume on February 7, 2014.

During the holiday, our warehouse, as well as our customer service will be on duty at a reduced capacity from February 3, 2014 to February 6, 2014.

Also please be advised that some orders cannot be processed until after the holiday as most suppliers and factories that DX works with will be fully closed during this time, and even they will not resume work on February 7, 2014. DX will make every attempt to process and ship as many orders as possible before the holiday.

We wish you a successful and prosperous Year of Horse!

Best Regards,
DX Team
