young lady was lucky her SUV Went across three lanes hit a guard railing took out 39 feet of railing fliped over the hill and ended up 60 feet down the embankment on its roof . The passenger door ripped off on impact and the passenger was nott so lucky . She had her seat belt on but sustained multiple breaks on her pelvis . It looked to me like the heavy rain may have caused the Chev blazer to hydroplane .
