July 21 (Bloomberg) -- Laurence Fink, chief executive officer of BlackRock Inc., talks about the company's second-quarter earnings reported today and outlook for European sovereign debt and U.S. Treasuries. BlackRock's net income rose 98 percent to $432 million, or $2.21 a share. Clients withdrew a net $30.4 billion in the quarter as they reassessed investments following the firm's acquisition of Barclays Global Investors.
