Expect delays in Wednesday morning's rush hour along a major thoroughfare in the city of St. Louis. A water main break has caused pavement to buckle on Hampton Avenue. Some lanes are closed. Crews from the city streets department have were out early Wednesday morning making some repairs, but there is still plenty more work to be done.
