Today at 41 years old, I get to hike with Cayla, 21 years old and I see that with a lifestyle of healthy eating and staying active, I am as fit as a person 20 years younger.

Thank you Cayla for making it out today!  You totally rock... even when it was raining and cold you still made it!! Awesome!!!
