Thai national Paveenat Yaemkhumthong gets 15 years jail after admitting to an alternative charge of drug possession. She pleaded guilty to possessing 19,779 gram of cannabis at the south-bound Sungai Dua toll plaza on May 30, 2014. Initially, she was charged under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act, which carries the death sentence.
