In this presentation, learn how this team has deployed visual analytics to power Six-Sigma initiatives to reduce scrap by 30% enabling $8 MM in cost savings, reducing manufacturing variances, rapidly identifying obsolescence, accelerating order-to-cash, and reducing logistics and transportation costs with measurable impact.
