Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail stressed that the lack of qualified caretakers and registered nurseries will mean that there is an adverse effect on the quality and safety of children at nurseries. She said this during the National Nursery Day celebration on Sunday.
