While on a fishing outing in my kayak I encountered two dolphins. They appeared to be playing, tossing fish 20 or 30 feet into the air. I approached quite close and they didn't seem to mind. I followed them for about 20 minutes along the eastern shore of Pine Island Sound, near Pine Island Cove in southwest Florida. Enjoy.
