A: Before applying for the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program under the Business Applicants category, you need to undertake a business trip to the province. You need to request permission for this business visit. If your request is granted, you need to organize the visit to the province, including an interview with an immigration program officer. After you make the visit, you'll get a letter from the NB PNP inviting you to apply for the program, which you have to do within the six months following your interview. If your application is approved, you need to complete the deposit agreement process, and submit your application to the CIC.
