I do not like how this tutorial turned out, I will most likely rewrite it when I get some free time.  I did make this in one day, so go easy on me.  Some new players might not understand the abbreviations, so below I will make a key.  Annotations coming soon!

Gu - Guile
Fe or Fei - Fei Long
SB-- Sonic Boom
FK - Flash Kick
CW - Chicken Wing

Rekka - Rekka Kens (quarter circle forward+punches) can be done 3 times in one special move.

command grab - (Flip Kick) 7 frame command grab that switches positions.
FA or FAD - Focus Attack dash in or out.
Ultra 2 - Guile's Ultra 2 (Sonic Hurricane)
