How does Siroria front bar perform?

As of PTS patch 4.2.3, the Siroria barswap bug is fixed. Now that Siroria's Spell Damage carries over to the back bar, we can use it as a front bar set. How will using Siroria on the front bar compare to using something like Spell Strategist on the front bar? The challenge will come with timing the proc so you won't let the Spell Damage fall off while doing your back bar rotation. This will be more of a challenge for some classes rather than others, but it should be possible to maintain pretty good uptimes with practice. We tested only Spell Strategist, keeping all variables the same. The only changes we made were swapping set locations. Overall, there was a very small different in the parses, with Spell Strategist front bar losing to Siroria front bar by about 0.5 percent. More testing should be done before any conclusions can be made.
