German comedian Hape Kerkeling has unleashed a new pilgrimage fever in the country. Organizers of the Cultural Capital Year Ruhr.2010 have put this newly kindled desire for pilgrimages into action and created a Pilgrimage in the Pott route through the Ruhr region.
