Aliméntate y Actívate Sanamente (ALAS) es la intervención que el Hospital Infantil de México Federico Gómez de la Secretaría de Salud, realizó en escuelas primarias de la Ciudad de México, por medio de la cual se logró preservar el buen estado nutricional de las niñas y niños con peso sano, mientras que logró reducir la tendencia de obesidad y de alta glucosa en la sangre en aquellos infantes que presentaban problemas de sobrepeso u obesidad.
