Circa 1992. One of the beebs lengthy adverts of it's own that it is famous for. Julie Walters doing what she does best - playing a busy body who wants to complain about the BBC. Don't we all love. Spot the BBC personalities, a good thing Jimmy Saville isn't in this one...blech.
