I just wanted to upload this here to let everyone know I'm working on something; A video on how to level Frank up to at least 3 or higher with the entire cast. Some may be dumb TAC simple stuff, but, I'm working with what I can. Here's one combo with Morrigan that nets Frank an easy level 4. I'm going to upload them as two big videos, one for the Capcom cast (Which I am half way through currently), and one for Marvel.

As of right now the only one I can throughly apologize for is MODOK, and maybe Rocket Raccoon, because I am awful at the Rock Loop. I'm awful with MODOK, just in general, lol. And Hsien Ko, lol. I will try to do what I can with her and her new jump Cancels.
