how to get Voice Control on ipad 2

there will be 3 files to download 1 is for what to write in ifile if u want to use ifile and the other is what to write if you ssh. and the last is PlistEdit Pro. PLEASE READ: ON HOW TO GET YOUR VOICE CONTROL TO WORK WITH MT GESTURES THEME BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THE FILES BELOW.
