Hendersonville Getting Second Brewery

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. -- Hendersonville is getting a new brewery that will not just welcome people, but their four-legged friends as well. This 4,000 square-foot warehouse on First Avenue will become the home for Sanctuary Brewing Company. The owners are teaming up with area dog rescues and will showcase a stray up for adoption at the brewery every Tuesday. "We have a passion for beer making and for animals and a wonderful way to combine those things and to help the Hendersonville community to help the downtown area," Lisa McDonald with Sanctuary Brewery said. Sanctuary will be Hendersonville's second brewery. Owners will make their own brews and offer other local craft beers.
