The Urban Decay “Mini” Naked 2 Basics Palette promised never seen before matte shades that is cooler in tone & a demi mate shade that is perfect for highlighting. I must say it sure did work wonders for me, which is why I am uploading this review. 

The Urban Decay “Mini” Naked 2 Basics Palette is very affordable and the quality of the product is pretty good considering its cost. The eye shadows do not crease and when applied is not chalky like most high-end brands.
