It’s been a couple of years since Coach Roddy starred in this fantastic MMA Documentary were Mike Sheridan went from a complete novice with no Martial Arts training to getting into a cage for his first MMA Fight three months later.

With appearances from Dana White, John Kavanagh , UFC stars Ash Daly, Cathal Pendred and of course the GOAT Conor Mc Gregor it really is an excellent watch
