Afghan Proposes Joint Patrol of Border with Pakistan

As charges of cross border attacks into Pakistan continue to fly, Afghanistan's defense minister proposes Pakistani forces be included in border patrols. Neither the U.S. nor Pakistan have responded. But in Islamabad an Army spokesman for the first time provided official confirmation that shots were fired in a cross-border incident. He said Pakistan soldiers fired warning shots at NATO helicopters, which coalition officials insist did not cross the border. VOA'S Ravi Khanna reports.
