Finding affordable housing can be difficult for LGBT refugees and newcomers to Canada. 

“Housing is one of the big barriers that LGBTQ newcomers are specifically experiencing,” says Habibi Feliciano-Perez, LGBTQ Refugee Programs and Housing Support Coordinator at The 519 community centre in Toronto.
