General Charles Jacoby of NORAD says Santa has a GPS to help him navigate the globe this year.  NORAD is tracking Santa's progress as it has for many years from its Colorado facility.  General Jacoby says Santa shouldn't face any weather problems for his Christmas Eve trip.
