A furore broke out at the Pretoria Magistrate Court when a judge referred the Dros Rape accused of mental observation. 22 year old, rape accused, Nickolas Ninow, briefly appeared in court. His application to undergo psychiatric observation at the Weskoppies mental facility in Pretoria was granted.
