The speed of CloudFront is excellent, and my method shows a much simpler way to configure versus the use of Amazon S3 Buckets. This video includes some cursory benchmarks, but those are just ball parks, and your results absolutely will vary. The point of those speed tests is to make sure I was headed in the right direction, each step of the way, as I deployed the caching pluging, tested, then activated CDN, and retested.

The intended audience is the intermediate blogger, comfortable with making sure to do a full backup before getting started, perhaps something like blogVault first:
