Each month we mail coffee to our subscribers all over the world. This is the video series wherein we will taste and discuss one of the coffees that will be sent to our subscribers that month. The idea is that you can learn about the coffee you are drinking while drinking it. This December, I am joined by Anders Fretheim, one of our baristas who is also working with our customer support. On the menu are three coffees, all washed processed. The first one is a beautiful and fruity coffee from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. Then we taste two different cultivars, a Catuaí and a Java, both produced by the lovely Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera near Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. About the Coffee Subscription: we send freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep every month, without you having to remember or think about it.
