The latest BT003 DOT race Pro Type 3 medium compound front tire is redesigned in profile and Type 2 hard compound is engineered for more durability and edge/acceleration grip. Both feature contiguous compound across the tire to give consistent grip versus changing from a soft to medium compound create grip level 
changes. Take a few laps with me and see how I dial in the 2009 R1 chassis and suspension to these tires!
