BBCP: Midscreen blackhole setups

Not exhaustive, just showing the idea behind it. OD Blackhole pull is so strong you can't roll out, so these setups work midscreen. The only catch is some characters may still super to get out of the setup (i.e. Ragna could probably carnage scissors).
