Project Zomboid is a isometric zombie survival game. It attempts to capture the feeling of actually surviving in a world taken over by zombies. It is currently in Build 29 of the Alpha and is constantly changing and expanding. Build 30 brings an expansion of the medical system to include disinfecting and suturing of wounds.  It also rolls the excellent Erosion mod into the default game allowing the world to decay, and plants to grow as time passes.
