CSX C711 drills Peckham siding in Athens

CSX C711, the local freight out of Kingston, drills the siding at Peckham Lead in Athens, where it drops off a loaded box car and picks up an empty centerbeam lumber car before continuing on its way north.  C711 is left to the charges of GP38-2's 2731 and 2771.  The grade crossing that is being fouled is Haeussler Road (Schoharie Turnpike).
