In a previous vlog I shared the #1 secret kept by all Nurses: We're all scared out of our minds (at any given time in our career)!!! For one reason or another, the profession strikes a level of fear inside of us that can shake us. And what's worse, is that this fear revisits us often. There are a ton of reasons we fight fear, but none can trump the fear our patients are feeling. I guarantee our patient's would love to trade. Being a patient can be scary, they have to trust we will help them through such a difficult time in their life.
