Living in a beautiful community isn't without it's problems, but this shouldn't be one of them. Landlord keeps telling me and other 2nd floor tenants that it's the city and the big road construction project causing the issue with the water. The road construction is almost done meaning no more digging, and walking around the neighborhood, there's no other digging either, going on. I'm going to check with the city after the Memorial Day Holiday. If they aren't willing to give a good answer, I'll start the process to have them pay for me breaking my lease. If it's the landlord/property management, same thing. As the weather gets hot, a nice shower in the middle of the day is a good thing...
