A Bakersfield woman was arrested Thursday afternoon and accused of murdering her husband. 46-year-old Leslie Jenea Chance is accused of shooting and killing 45-year-old Todd Chance. An almond field worker found Todd Chance's body lying on a dirt extension of Noriega Road East of Enos Lane last weekend, according to police officials. Detectives with the Kern County Sheriff's Office later developed probable cause to arrest Leslie Chance for his death. She will be booked into the Kern County Jail on murder c
