-The best of deeds in this holy month is to refrain from what All-h has said is haraam. - The Prophet -The Prophet told Imam Ali that he will die in Ramadhan while in prayer. Imam Ali said "will I die in peace?" -'You are to me like my own soul" Prophet to Imam Ali -The Prophet predicted that Ali was one who did not want to die on the bed. -Dua Iftitah: Oh Allah give me tawfiq to die in your way. -The places with the Holy Shrine are secure, but there is a sense of insecurity over there -We are followers with Ameerul Mumineen, who cared for all human beings regardless of religion. -Ali never let anyone target minorities, which is who extremist groups are also targetting. -Siege that protects basic supplies, naval blocakde, 45 year occupation- what do you expect Gaza people to do? "The Prophet said to Ali: Whoever kills you its as if he's killed me. Whoever hates you its as if they hate me. Whoever curses you its as if they've cursed me. Because you are to me like my own soul. Your soul and nature are from my soul and nature. Verily Allah created me and you. And selected me and you. And chose me for Prophethood and you for Imamate. Whoever rejects your Imamate has indeed rejected my Nubuwwat and Prophethood." "Ali was not someone who wanted to die in bed. In dua e iftitiah which you recite everyday in ramahdan you say oh Allah give me tawfiq to be killed in your way. because everyone has to leave this world but there is death by bed and death in the way of God. Ali chose to go through Shahadat." "Ali showed cared for everyone, Muslim or not. And this is where we aren't only praying for the Shias in Iraq but we cannot forget the unfolding situation in Gaza." "In Imam Ali's departing advice to the people he says: Don't run after the material world even though it approaches you. And don't regret something of this world which has gone away. And whenever you speak, speak on the basis of truth. And act for rewards of the hereafter. And be an opponent of the oppressors, supporter of the oppressed."
