I was working on a tune in Portugal when I decided to get up and dance with my doggie friends, James and Peanut. I ended up naming the song "Depois de um Galão no Miramar" which means "After a Galão in Miramar" in Portuguese. A galão is a Portuguese version of a café con leche AKA a cafe au lait a/k/a a coffee with milk.
