Suicide is the second leading cause of death among 15-19 year-old girls. It is the third leading cause of death among 15-19 year-old boys. However, suicides are preventable. A teenager from Switzerland who went through a very difficult period when she was 12, describes here not only how she felt, but also the support that she received that helped her get through it. The video has been produced as part of the World Health Organization’s “Depression: let’s talk” year-long campaign, which began on 10 October 2016.
