“She Laughed“ Everything we know and love today about the 80's and 80's Culture, was and is so very different for the people of Srebrenica, Bosnia. 11 July 1995. Unbelievably brave survivors of this horrendous genocide. Mothers who have recently laid their beloved children to rest, others still in desperate DNA search for even the most minuscule reminder of this heart breaking pain. A large number of women, children and the elderly forcibly deported, raped as well as right now, everyday people, trying, living and learning exactly how to re-understand life, remain hopeful and stay positive after the devastation of 8,372 Bosnian people systematically massacred and buried in mass graves in Europe just over 20 years ago.
