Rapture Of The Deep was a Northampton, MA band and this is their only record released in 1986. Member were David Wildman (Vocals, Guitar), Dave Rodriguez (Bass, Back up Vocals), Chris Weinberg (Drums)& Shari Priss (Keybaord). Additional guitar by David Minehan, artwork by Pamela Glaven. It's a very moody and sublime record but with beautiful songs, vocals & lyrics. The sleeve notes gives thanks to Kevin Hunter of Wire Train & looking back, they do sound like them. Too bad the album is too short and that we never heard from them again, nonetheless solid offering.
