LIVE in SINGAPORE 2012

This is the BEST Live concert ever!! It has been some time that I have ever experience a truly wonderful concert from the artist performance and 2NE1 take the top most ranking in my books. Their performance was HOT! The audience in the seats was standing and jumping, 2NE1 was moving from stage to stage, left to right, back to front And coupled with the LIVE band accompanying their songs, it was a truly amazing experience! Their performance was the BEST that I have seen in a while and they really really know how to work the crowd to dance, jump, sing, shout, scream with them. The whole night was such a wonderful unforgettable night. 

To capped the year off with 2NE1 concert in SINGAPORE..WAS, in my opinion, THE BEST LIVE CONCERT of ALL! And it was a moment that I would not soon forget!  I still can’t believe that they put SINGAPORE as one of the countries that they stopover for their first ever Global concert and making us the last stopover was, in my opinion, the BEST present that they can give to us, Singapore fans. Why? Because by being last.. we remember you more!!.. . This is their LAST stopover and this concert is something special, in my mind.

 I was sitting at Blk 228, Row 16. And it was one of the BEST seat! I was in one of the front row seats and the view was just right. The HUGE LED screen helps a lot by showing close-ups of the girls. The sound system was good too. 

The atmosphere of the concert have not really “pick-up” yet, from where I am sitting. But after a number of hot songs.. and then after they sang “LONELY”, ITS PARTY TIME!! IT WAS toooo HOT! Myself and a whole bunch of people were standing up by then and waving our lightsticks. The songs and the atmosphere was just tooo HOT and tooo wild to just be sitting down.

2NE1 performance for that night was amazingly and fantastically incredible! Their songs are hot! They know how to work-up the crowd/audience. One by one, their songs bring up the party atmosphere of the stadium up and up. Which I don’t think they can bring up the temperature anymore but I was wrong. Songs after songs… performances after performances.. the audience goes wild and wilder (including me!). They flirt with the audience. The audience reciprocate by singing along with their songs. Their stage presence was electric! Their energy vibrates throughout the whole stadium. The temperature (hotness) keeps on rising and rising. By 9pm, (when they were singing “I Don’t Care”) it was no longer a concert. IT WAS A PARTY! EVERYONE stood up from the seats. Well, from where I am standing.. everyone was standing up and jumping like a mad person, including me.. Well, for those, like me, who “I don’t care” anymore was jumping up and down like a mad person. 

They really made the whole stadium “jumping” for joy when they perform their encores. The audience was shouting for encore.. encore .. encore! When I mean ENCORES.. I really mean encores.. I am not sure how many songs that they did perform during their encore.. (was it 3 songs? Or 4 songs? I am not sure) because by the time they did their encores.. I was enjoying too much and don’t keep count.. They even ask the audience on what choice of encore songs that the audience wants! (The last encore song was “I LOVE YOU”) Which was gratefully appreciated by the audience.. by screaming with joy!. They playfully sat down/laying down pretty close to the mosh pit audience while singing. Waving and singing with the audience.

2NE1 did mention throughout the concert a couple of times that this will be their LAST concert of their first Global Tour for 2012 and when the final goodbyes are being said (around 9.15pm) by both 2NE1 and the audience, I can see tears running down the cheeks of 2NE1 (u can check out my video and see it). It was over tooo soon.. Oh how I wish it would be longer but alas every good thing has to end. I miss them already. Memories on the concert still linger in my head (youtube videos of the concert really helps a lot). After the concert, that night at home I was unable to sleep,.. the adrenaline rush was too high, I think. Keep on having these images of them performing on stage even when I close my eyes. So, what I did next was to go to youtube and check out their MVs..heh heh heh. Only about 4.30am, then I go to sleep. This concert will forever be the BEST of the year 2012 (in my opinion). It does ring true to the song… I AM THE BEST!..
