This is not feedback, it's the sound that millions of cicadas make in the botanical gardens in Hanoi. It's actually gotten louder recently as the weather has gotten hotter, and the sky has become clearer. It's deafening. IRL, they sound EXACTLY like the killer giant ants from the 1954 horror movie "Them".
