Greetings!  Here is a little something to go along with that pork green chili that we made.  We actually made smothered burritos and this is what we filled them with!

Quick, Easy and delicious!  You don't have to buy the refried beans already made, you can simply use a couple cans of pintos and mash them or grind them up in the food processor and fry them yourself.  I always add a bit of salsa to the mix to flavor them up nice and easy!
