Timestretching a drumloop in a "dumb" way doesn't sound natural, simply because the listener expects to hear the same loop played at a lower tempo, not drums sounding in slow-motion. So the best way to timestretch a drumloop is to actually not timestretch it, but displace the drum slices (even though drums can cover each other, but that's another problem). The problem being that you don't necessarily have enough material in the original loop, and that you have to interpolate missing tails. This shows the difference between "dumb" timestretching (here, an extreme 300% slowdown), and stretching designed for drumloops, using the image time envelope in Harmor, which will speed up over each drum's transient & slow down on its tail (to fill the gaps). The same envelope can still be tweaked manually to lengthen or shorten specific drums, etc.
