- Same leaders who push for Democracy change their stance on Democracy for the Middle East. - Little condemndation from the Western World on the mistreatment of Shias in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. - "The commitment to democracy is highly contingent. The Middle East is just one more demonstration that the rhetoric of democracy is used as a tool of foreign policy — it is not a principled commitment." - Quote from Toronto Star Article - It has everything to do with Oil and what situation benefits the Western World better. -As Shia's, we have to live up to the name. -The Shia are not infallible, but they try their best to be perfect. When they make mistakes, they repent. -People go all the way to Karbala, go with the intention of Ziyarat of the Ahlul Bayt, but they do not pray. -You say in Ziyarat Ashura: "Ashhadu Annaka Kad Akamtas Salaat." "I testify that you establsihed prayer." Dalai Lamma- "China also annexed my country. No one did anything about it. The different is that Kuwait has oil. We have carrots." "Nothing is done out of principle, its everything to do with oil, or geopolitical, or economic interests of the Western powers. This brings us to Sura Baqarah, where Allah says 'When its said to them don't create mischief and trouble in the world, they will claim they are doing nothing, they are doing good. Allah says no, they are the troublemakers but they do not realize out of their own arrogance.' May Allah open their eyes." "I am not one of those who will always blame the outsiders, that is a secondary problem. The primary problem is within. If outsiders are doing anything to us, it is because we have allowed it. And that is where we have to go back to the Islamic Principles." "Love demands action. Love demands commitment. Love demands sacrifice. We can't just claim we're followers of the Ahlul Bayt, and then turn away when faced with a challenge." "Tell him that our shia are the best of the people of Jannah." - Bibi Fatima. "Some groups consider that having the love for Ahlul Bayt is enough. People travel all the way to Karbala or Shaam for the intention of Ziyarat, but they don't pray. When asked, they say 'Our Salaat is Maatam' or 'Imam Ali was killed in the Masjid, so I don't like the Masjid' Hassan and Hussain went to Masjid, are you saying you're closer to Ali than they were?"
