Recently Luis G Moreno ambassador for the us announced that the FBI and ATF will be stationed in Jamaica . ATF is a acronym  for the bureau of alcohol , tobacco , firearms and explosives.With there  presence in Jamaica they hope to reduce Jamaica  crime and violence rate which have been a all time  high at 79.81  for such a small  island . The FBI and ATF will provide training , equipment , and help by   jointing operations with  JDF and  police in Jamaica. In this  video  i discuss what  will be  the benefits and disadvantages of having  both parties been  present  in our  country .
